US RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note that Purusha People clothing is handmade by our skilled artisans in Los Angeles, and our unique process allows for subtle differences in each piece. Forest fiber tencel, garment dye, and screen printing require special processes that are unlike those of other brands. We chose braided elastic for the inner waistbands of our dresses and jumpsuits for it's comfort and durability. It is not a defect. Please enjoy your clothing as the special item it is, and celebrate its rarity!

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the item delivery date. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, pet-hair free, and in new condition.

Exchanges for store credit are free. You can get store credit and save it for later, or shop instantly. If you opt for store credit for later, you’ll receive a gift card as soon as your return item is in transit. Please note, we allow up to two maximum exchanges on an original order. Anything beyond that becomes too costly with shipping and warehouse fees for our small business.

Refunds are subject to a $15 handling fee to cover the return shipping label and warehouse fees. Refunds are credited via the same method you paid within 5 business days of receiving them. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Underwear is only eligible for returns if the item has not been tried on. Please try underwear on over your existing underwear if you'd like the option to return. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders.

All return duties and customs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.

FAULTY CLOTHING

USA made sustainable fashion is made by hand in small batches. We are human and mistakes happen. If our QC has missed a defective piece, please process your return HERE and upload photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible for a refund. Our claims period for damaged/defective pieces is 6 weeks from the delivery date (not including general wear and tear).

Archive Sale, Bundles Sale, and Black Friday all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No price adjustments on previous orders.
